Data subjects This Policy applies mainly to business users, company representatives and persons making an enquiry. The website is not intended for children. Please do not enter sensitive data, health information, political or religious views, biometric data, criminal records or other special-category data in free-text fields. 3. Data collected We may process name, company and business role, country, email address, telephone number if provided, company website, information about products, target customers and the enquiry, comments, IP address, user-agent, date and time, source page and UTM parameters, and session or security identifiers needed to protect the form. Data is provided directly by the user or generated technically during use of the website. Yandex Metrica may also process pages viewed, visit source, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, clicks, scrolling and pseudonymous session interaction recordings. 4. Purposes Data is processed to receive and register enquiries, respond to the user, prepare a market example, arrange a demonstration or pilot, take steps before entering into a contract, conduct requested business communication, maintain an internal enquiry history and CRM, protect the website and forms against misuse, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use the submitted data for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. 5. Legal bases Depending on the situation, processing is based on the user's consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, maintaining security and protecting legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by the individual's rights. 6. Processing operations We may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorised service providers, restrict, erase and destroy personal data by automated or non-automated means. Personal data is not published and is not sold. 7. Storage and retention The primary database for the international website is hosted in the European Economic Area. Enquiry data is normally retained until the relevant purpose is completed and for no longer than three years after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required by law, contract or a dispute. Yandex Metrica The website uses Yandex Metrica to analyse traffic, clicks, navigation and interface quality. International counter ID: 110800382. Webvisor, clickmap, accurateTrackBounce and trackLinks are enabled. Analytics code loads when a public page is opened. Analytics cookies can be restricted or removed through browser controls or content-blocking tools. Processing may occur outside Montenegro and the EEA. 8.2. First-party website statistics The website keeps its own visit statistics in its database. The processing covers a pseudonymous visitor identifier, page-view date and time, page address, session identifier, device type and country code where it can be determined from technical request data. One visit remains one session while the gap between page views does not exceed 30 minutes. The IP address is not stored in the statistics tables. The information is used only to analyse traffic, assess promotion and improve the website, and is not used for advertising or automated profiling. 8.3. Form protection and email notifications Yandex SmartCaptcha is used to protect public forms against automated submissions. When the check is performed, the service may receive technical request information, including the IP address and browser parameters, to the extent necessary to identify automated activity. After an enquiry is stored, the website creates separate email delivery tasks for the designated recipients. Delivery is made through REG.RU mail infrastructure from site@trigo88.online. A mail-server failure does not remove the enquiry from the website database. 9. Security We use measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including HTTPS, access restrictions, administrator authentication, form protection, logging and backups. No online system is completely secure. If an incident occurs, the Controller will take reasonable containment measures and comply with applicable notification duties. 10. Rights Subject to applicable law, a person may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. A person may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro, or another authority competent under applicable law. 11. Children The website is intended for persons aged 18 or over. If we learn that a child's data was submitted without valid authorisation, it will be deleted. 12.
