This Consent is presented separately from other documents and is accepted when the user ticks the dedicated checkbox and submits the form.

2. Data covered
The user consents to the processing of name, company and business role, country, email and telephone number, company website, product, target-customer and enquiry information, comments, IP address, user-agent, date and time, source page and UTM parameters, and technical identifiers needed to protect the form.
Name, company and email are required to submit the form. Other fields are voluntary.
3. Purposes
The data may be processed to receive and register the enquiry, respond to the user, prepare a market example, arrange a demonstration or pilot, discuss cooperation and a possible contract, maintain an internal enquiry history and CRM, protect the form against misuse, and send an internal notification about the new enquiry.
4. Operations
The Controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorised providers, restrict, erase and destroy the data using automated or non-automated means.
5. Providers and transfer
Data may be processed, as necessary, by hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, technical-support providers and the internal notification service VK.
Use of VK may involve transfer and processing outside Montenegro and the European Economic Area, including in a jurisdiction whose data-protection rules and remedies may differ. By accepting this Consent, the user expressly consents to that transfer for the limited purpose of notifying the Controller about the enquiry.
6. Retention
Consent remains valid until the purposes are completed, but for no longer than three years after the last meaningful interaction, or until withdrawal, unless another lawful basis requires continued processing.
7. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@trigo88.online. The request should include the person's name, the email used in the form and a clear request to stop processing.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Data will then be erased within the period required by applicable law unless a separate lawful basis permits retention.
8. No public disclosure
This Consent does not authorise publication of the user's data or disclosure to an unlimited group of persons.
9. User confirmation
By submitting the form, the user confirms that the decision is voluntary, that the user is at least 18 years old and legally capable, and that the user provides their own data or is authorised to provide the relevant business contact information.
